Located off of Collins and Municipal in the Richardson Medical Park. Parking is free in the lot outside of the building, patients cannot park in the parking garage. The suite is located on the first floor down the hallway to the left after entering the building. Continue down that hallway, it will be the third suite on the right side of the hallway.
